How do I know which phone model I have?

You can check your phone model in your device settings. On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About. On Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices, go to Settings → About Phone. We also have a simple Find Your Phone Model guide on our website to help you choose the correct case before ordering.

Which phone models do you support?

We currently offer cases for:

  • iPhone models from the iPhone 11 to the iPhone 17 series
  • Samsung Galaxy models from S21 to S25
  • Google Pixel models from Pixel 4 to Pixel 9
  • Each product page clearly shows which models the case is fitted for.

What type of phone cases do you offer?

We stock a range of protective and stylish case types, including Tough Glossy Cases, MagSafe Tough Cases (selected iPhones), Flexi TPU Cases, and Vegan Leather Wallet / Flip Cases. Each case type is designed for different needs, from heavy-duty protection to slim everyday use.

Are your cases protective?

Yes. Our Tough cases feature a dual-layer design for added impact protection, while Flexi cases use shock-absorbing TPU for everyday protection. Many of our cases also include raised edges to help protect your screen and camera from drops and scratches.

Will the design look exactly like the pictures?

Our cases are printed in high resolution using premium print methods. While the design will closely match the images shown, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. Each design is carefully positioned to suit your specific phone model.

Where do you ship from?

All cases are made to order and printed by trusted production partners. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure each case is produced specifically for your order before being shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 1–4 business days to produce, followed by shipping time depending on your location. Delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout so you know what to expect before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. This includes New Zealand, Australia, the USA, the UK, and most European countries. Shipping availability and pricing are displayed automatically at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?

Only our MagSafe Tough Cases support MagSafe charging and accessories. Standard Tough Glossy cases do not include MagSafe magnets, so please ensure you select the correct case type if MagSafe functionality is important to you.

Do your cases support wireless charging?

Most of our cases support wireless charging. However, wallet and flip cases must be removed before using wireless chargers due to their design.

Do the cases cover buttons and ports properly?

Yes. All cases are designed with precision cutouts and responsive button covers to ensure easy access to ports, speakers, cameras, and controls without affecting usability.

How do I clean or care for my case?

We recommend wiping your case with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to water, especially for wallet and flip cases.

Are your cases eco-friendly?

Our cases are produced on demand, which helps reduce excess inventory and waste. We also use minimal packaging and continuously look for ways to improve our sustainability practices.

What is your return or replacement policy?

If your case arrives faulty or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll make it right. As cases are custom-made, change-of-mind returns may be limited.

What if I ordered the wrong phone model?

Please double-check your phone model before placing an order. If you notice a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
